“Boy, can you help me? Now Wuhan was locked down. I can’t go out. But I have a very important package. Can you help me to pick it up?” Uncle Liu, 68 years old, is the owner of Poly Twelve Oaks in Wuhan. Due to Wuhan’s lock down, his families were forced to stay in another city. So, the antihypertensive drugs bought for him could not be delivered. Helplessly, he came to the Property Service Center to find Bao Xing to ask for help.
Bao Xing, security monitor in Poly Twelve Oaks, is a veteran with a CPC member of 16 years. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, he has voluntarily given up his vacation and taken the lead to stay on his post. In order to reduce the contact between the owner and outside personnel, Bao Xing played a variety of roles such as courier, food delivery, and drug purchaser actively, even traveling dozens of times a day. After receiving the owner’s request, he said nothing and drove to Baishazhou immediately to help the owner get the package and deliver it to his home. Facing the owners’ gratitude, Bao Xing said, “I was a soldier of the People’s Liberation Army, and even a party member. These are all things I should do.”
Property staff, you’ve done a hard work
Since January, the epidemic has erupted and Wuhan was locked down, epidemic prevention materials are in urgent need ... In the face of difficulties, Poly Property immediately launched an emergency prevention plan. However, the community on the front line are short of epidemic prevention supplies, and the lives of property workers on the front line are threatened. At this time, a proposal letter for raising epidemic prevention materials in Wuhan received great support from many Poly owners.
Ms. Feng, the owner of Wuhan Poly Garden, was one of them. She knew that Poly property workers take the risk of being infected by the virus every day, but they still stick to their job. She contacted Property Management for the first time and asked about donation channels in detail. After Wuhan was clocked down, it was difficult to buy protective materials. She entrusted her classmates in Hangzhou to buy some protective supplies. After her much effort in communicating, 11,000 masks have been delivered to Wuhan. “If your service center still needs masks, you can ask me for help. If I can help, the price of the mask will never be higher than 1 yuan!” Such heart-warming stories also appeared in various Poly projects across the country. Poly Yifang Garden of Yuedong Company actively donated 500 masks to the service center, and Ms. Long in Guangzhou Poly Garden Long donated 2,000 masks and other anti-epidemic materials. The owner of Poly Dongjiang Community sent 1000 masks, and so on.
“Thanks for your hard work.” The simplest thanks conveyed the most heartwarming feelings. In the epidemic prevention and control, under the support and encouragement from the family members of the community, Poly Property believes that the victory will come soon.

“Accept the party’s call, the epidemic is order.” As a veteran, Zhao Binglin, the security team monitor of the Jiangsu company’s No. 9 Changjiang Road project, volunteered to participate in community epidemic prevention activities during this special Spring Festival. Because the project is an open community, it has a big daily mobility and complexity. However, under his arrangement, each post inquires, measures temperature, and registers for each visitor in strict accordance with the standards every day, which contributes to the security of the community. What’s more, they also cooperate with cleaning workers to do the disinfection of the community.
At 8:50 a.m. on the fourth day of the Chinese New Year, Zhao Binglin, who was under inspection, found an ambulance parked on the side of the road, he immediately stepped forward to inquire and learned that an owner had a leg pain at home. He made a prompt decision and ignored the risks, immediately went to the owner’s home to assist the medical staff to carry the owner to the ambulance, and left after the owner’s condition was stable.
At this special moment when everyone stayed at home to avoid the virus, Zhao Binglin work hard in his post every day, with an average number of steps close to 15,000.
“In this special period, many colleagues are struggling on the front line and can’t stay at home to accompany their families. I am nothing special. Not to mention that I am a Party member, it is a veteran’s consciousness to respond to the Party’s call at anytime and anywhere. Without the security of tens of millions of small families, there is no national stability.”
